Private and group classes are available on the basketball court. Players can work 1-1 with a performance coach or choose a group class to develop team related concepts and strategies. We pair basketball training with strength and conditioning to provide each player with a holistic basketball training program.
Female foundation training acknowledges that female bodies have different structures than male bodies, and are more prone to specific injuries, such as ACL tears. This class develops fundamental movement skills such as speed, agility, power and strength, but really focuses on developing core stability and strength. It teaches girls to move safely on and off the court.
Younger players and new players start with small group classes in the weight room to develop essential movement patterns that relate to their basketball training on the court. Building strength, agility and jumping fundamentals in the weight room contributes to their growth as a player on the court.
Older players work on their strength and conditioning independently in the weight room with personalized programs to meet their specific needs and goals. Programs are tailored for sport specific training to enhance performance.
Small Group Training
Small Group training focuses on providing the athletes with fundamental skills an game concepts. We keep the classes small (max 10 athletes per class) to ensure enough individual attention to make sure each player can reach their full personal potential but also be able to learn teamwork skills and team concepts. Based on your commitment you can choose how many days a week your athlete would like to train. Each day includes up to one basketball class (in the appropriate level) and one conditioning class. Classes are 50 mins in length.

Team training is designed to create a year-round system for teams to enhance Speed, Strength, Agility, & Power, Overall Physical Fitness, Functional Movement. It facilitates Individual Skills & Game Concepts, Effective & Research Based Seasonal Training Programs, Team Building & Work Ethic, Injury Prevention, Nutrition & Recovery. Classes are 60 mins.
